"Sturgeon on a mission"
- This 1.5 m long sturgeon sculpture is on an educational tour in northern British Columbia, Canada. It is on display at many native fishing communities to call attention to the dwindling numbers of Nechako River White Sturgeon (Acipenser transmontanus). Educating the young generation on sturgeon conservation is a vital step to ensure sturgeon survival for the future.
